Rolled Casing
Available in every metal we stock. Our straight comes punched, rolled and cut into easy fitting lengths. We will punch 3mm holes at 150mm centres unless advised otherwise. Circumferences above 280mm will usually be supplied in 1m lengths; below will be supplied in 0.5m lengths.
Elbows, Set Elbows & Tees
All our pipe work fittings are supplied rolled, swaged and assembled. As small items are likely to go missing on building sites everything is supplied in clear bags with our clients name and site written on them. We stock a range of fittings in Stucco Aluminium which can be supplied within very short periods of time. Fittings in any other metal are made to order.
Bends
All our bends are provided in segments which can be fitted together on site. The number of segments will vary according to the O/D and insulation thickness. Please advise us of your specific requirements when ordering.
Cap Ends
Our cap ends are supplied in two equal halves with a 75mm skirt. Diameters below 100mm will be manufactured as a ball-swaged sleeve and disc.
Flange & Valve Boxes
Flange and Valve boxes are supplied in two equal halves with zinc-plated toggle fasteners or screws. We can offer a variety of types depending on a clients requirements. Please view our box order form for diagrams of each box.
Ducting
Duct cladding is supplied at four different rates (see here) that vary according to quantity and method of manufacture.
Rate 1 : This rate applies to Folded, Rolled or Lock-formed sheets and allows for straight parallel lines with two folds only and no pattern development.
Rate 2 : This rate applies to Folded and Lock formed sheets and allows for straight parallel lines with up to four folds and no pattern development.
Rate 3 : This is a composite rate and allows for the manufacture of any item (except Square to Rounds) when it is part of a complete order of no less than 100 square metres.
Rate 4 : This rate applies to any non-standard, specially manufactured items such as Bends, Sets, Reducers, Boot Tees etc when ordered as a single item or as part of an order the total requirement of which is less than 100 square metres.
Channel, Z-Bar & Angle
Channel, Z-Bar & Angle is supplied in 1 metre lengths and is available in all of the metal that we stock. We stock 50mm angle and Z-bar in Stucco Aluminium that can be supplied within very short periods of time. Any other size is made to order.
Flat Sheets
We can cut almost any metal in the form of flat sheets. Typically our sheets are supplied 1000mm wide, but larger widths can be obtained depending on the metal and gauge. We will advise at the time of order.
Rivets & Rivet Guns
We can supply 3.2mm Aluminium and Stainless Steel rivets in boxes of 1000. We can also supply TUCKER TT55D rivets guns. Please refer to our price list for more information.
Sundry Items
We can supply 0.5″ Stainless and 0.5″ Zinc-Plated self tap screws in packs of 10. We can also supply Stub Drill Bits and Cobalt Drill Bits which are also in packs of 10.
